Sun kissed face, glaring at the horizon,
Overcome by empty emotions, wondering..
Do you still take your tea strong?
Set the alarm an hour early?
I dissect through these tiny details of your life;
What once was relevant to me..
Now seem mundane.
Isn’t that an irony?
All these years gone by,
And yet, I remember the lyrics..
To your symphony.
